Another advantage of the Camelbak Hydrobak Light is the renewed Air Support back panel that has a high ventilating capacity. This keeps you cool, so you're less likely to get a sweaty back. The shoulder and chest straps are also ventilated and they are widely adjustable for a perfect fit. For extra safety and visibility, the Hydrobak Light has reflective elements and there is a loop to mount a bicycle lamp. You can also easily transport your helmet in this backpack thanks to the helmet attachment.

Plan your route and top up your water bottles along the way. Don’t rely on this rubbish
Never again. Used it on a long ride in hot weather; the water was warm straight away. My back got hot too, and I felt less free on the bike. Tried to top it up on the go but it went flat straight away – my new mini-pump was in there too; an expensive gadget broken straight away. Of course, I also got a puncture on this ride; luckily I’d brought a CO₂ cartridge with me, which got me home. I chucked the Camelbak into the first bin I came across. Never again.

Fine compact and well finished.
Took first MTB ride with Camelbak. Had to get used to it at first. I had filled it with water. That quickly takes on body heat. Because it wears quite high it is possible to also put gels and other small stuff in the pockets of your cycling shirt.

I should have bought this a long time ago !
Very satisfied with the Camelbak Hydrobak Light. Sufficiently large water reservoir and enough storage space for some small items. The only downside is that the Camelbak, when loaded, dares to rock up and down a bit on uneven ground. A waist strap could have prevented this.
